We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Data Insights Staff member to join our Global Operations Analytics organization. This role will focus on supporting procurement and logistics functions by leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong data experience with SAP, Ariba, SAP TMS, and other bolt-on applications.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze supply chain data to generate actionable insights that support procurement and logistics functions. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize tools like Python for advanced analytics.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, data engineering and IT, to understand data needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making. Utilize tools like Jira for user story, feature and data product planning.

  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of supply chain data. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security in compliance with organizational standards.

  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes, reporting capabilities, and overall data maturity within the organization. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of data workflows.

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage strong experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Ariba, SAP TMS, and SAP TD to support data analytics initiatives. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics tools and technologies.

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:

  • Education: Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics) is preferred.

  • Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on procurement and logistics functions. Experience with SAP, Ariba, SAP TMS, and SAP TD is essential. Life sciences/manufacturing industry experience is a plus. Strong project management skills, with experience in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, and managing project budgets and resources.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud and and cloud data warehousing solutions (snowflake/databricks/aws). Experience in delivering data as a product leveraging data product management tools like Jira, Confluence. Strong understanding of big data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data security principles. Experience with SAP S4 Hana, SAP Analytics Cloud, Machine Learning, AI, Gen AI is a plus.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to deliver data story to drive impactful business insights and next best actions.

The estimated base salary range for the Staff, Supply Chain Data Insights Analyst role based in the United States of America is: $115,800 - $173,800. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
