What is this position about? 

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong experience in Google BigQuery and SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, creating reports, and providing insights to drive data-informed decisions.

Job Description

• Analyze, process, and interpret large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and transformation.

• Work with Google BigQuery to optimize queries and improve data efficiency.

• Utilize Machine Learning (ML) or AI techniques for predictive analytics and deeper insights.

• Create dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and business performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and reporting requirements.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across different sources.

• Identify trends and patterns to support business strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Engineering.  

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Google BigQuery and SQL.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.

• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

• Highly proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to diverse audiences.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must! 

How much experience must I have? 

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as a data analyst.
