About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President Data and Reporting specialist on the Business Solutions team. This role will support both the Alternatives Distribution team and Structured Investment Distribution team with data and reporting to help drive sales. This Individual will work closely with the Structured Investment Sales team and Sales Management team to provide business insights and track key metrics. The role will call for expertise in managing large data sets and data manipulation as well as experience with Excel, Salesforce and CRM data.

 

Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain sales reports & dashboards in Salesforce and in Excel for Sales team and Management.
  • Actively maintain the accuracy and completeness of the CRM data to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Create ad-hoc reporting for clients, senior management, and collaborate on drawing insights, to support sales opportunities and goals.
  • Work closely with Structured Investments Sales team and Sales Management team.

 

Qualifications

  • 2-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience using large data sets
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and prior experience
  • Able to pay close attention to detail and multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Prior Tableau experience and Structured Investments / Private Equity background, is a plus

 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
