Business Data Analyst

As a Business Data Analyst ( business intelligence) you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into powerful insights that will help drive strategic decisions in the fast-paced gaming industry.

You will work in a dynamic environment with a global commercial team, using your expertise in data analysis to provide actionable recommendations. Your impact will be felt as you track key gaming KPIs, anticipate future trends, and help shape the direction of our gaming projects across multiple regions.

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• • Crafting Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards that provide key insights into gaming performance metrics like ARPU, LTV, CAC, and churn rate.

  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Analyze gaming-related data to provide actionable, real-time recommendations to the commercial team for strategic decision-making.

  • Predictive Analytics: Build models that forecast gaming performance trends and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across regions like Malta, Colombia, Georgia, and beyond, ensuring strategies are tailored to specific markets.

  • Staying Ahead: Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming industry trends and technologies, adapting your insights to an ever-changing landscape.

What we are looking for

We seek a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for gaming. This role sits between business analysis and data analysis, requiring both technical expertise and strategic thinking:

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Data Analysis Expertise – Experience in handling large datasets, data manipulation, and extracting actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency – Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, Python, or other data visualization tools.
Gaming KPIs Knowledge – Understanding of gaming metrics, trends, and player behavior analysis.
Business Intelligence – Ability to translate data findings into meaningful business strategies.
Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to identifying issues and optimizing performance.

Nice-to-Have

 Experience working in the iGaming industry or fast-paced tech environments.
 Familiarity with machine learning models or advanced analytics.
 Background in mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
