Job Description
The People Insights Manager will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions related to talent, organization, and culture. This role involves collaborating with various McDonald’s markets and functions to understand their needs, conducting in-depth analyses, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting: Collaborate with corporate functions, markets, and franchisee leadership to understand their analytics needs and provide insights that support business decisions. Utilize data storytelling to effectively communicate complex concepts, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses on corporate and restaurant workforce data, including labor demand and supply, engagement surveys, turnover rates, and performance metrics, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to create descriptive and predictive models to inform decision-making.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular insights reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key workforce metrics and performance. Develop and track measurements for key people-related initiatives.
- Data Management: Oversee the process of restaurant people data extraction, transformation, and injection into the data lake, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Technology, Operations, and other functions on various data analytics projects.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to people analytics, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of people strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Contribute to the development of the People Analytics roadmap.

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860– $143,00 per year

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Analytics, Management Consulting, Social Science Research, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data wrangling, statistical analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, R, Python); excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively across countries and functions in a matrix organization; advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and ambiguity; human resources management experience would be preferred but not required; knowledge of HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus.
