We are looking for a proactive and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing and automating our cloud infrastructure and on-premises OpenShift environments, as well as continuously improving the tools and processes for our Research and Development (RND) team. You’ll work closely with our RND team to ensure that the tools you create enable smooth, efficient, and rapid development cycles, while also playing a key role in maintaining production stability through on-call support.



Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the tools and processes used by our RND team to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Infrastructure Design & Automation: Design, implement, and automate our cloud infrastructure alongside on-premises OpenShift environments.
  • Tool Enablement: Provide our RND and Production teams with robust, reliable tools to ensure smooth and quick workflows.
  • Innovation & Research: Research and explore new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our development processes and overall product quality.
  • On-Call Support: Engage in an on-call routine, assisting Lower Tiers to mitigate issues and maintain system stability.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in writing CI/CD pipelines (experience with Jenkins is an advantage).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) pipelines (Terraform experience is an advantage).
  • Experience with major cloud providers (Azure experience is a plus).
  • Experience with Kubernetes both in Development and Production environments
  • Proficient in Linux environments and scripting (Python / Bash).
  • Solid understanding of configuration management/deployment tools (Argo, Helm, HelmFile).
  • Knowledge with logging & monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
