How you'll make an impact:

  • Gather and organise geospatial operations productivity and quality data from multiple sources, including internal teams and outsourced partners.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency while managing large datasets.
  • Conducted statistical and trend analysis to identify insights and patterns in operations data.
  • Compare performance metrics and identify correlations between productivity and quality indicators.
  • Develop predictive models to support business strategies.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track performance and key KPIs.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with large set of structured and unstructured business operations data tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of productivity metrics and quality analysis for outsourced operations.
