Product Data Analyst

Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay
Ryz Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Data Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product teams to understand their needs, leverage data to enhance product features, and drive innovation through strategic insights.
This role involves building and maintaining data pipelines, developing product-focused analytics dashboards, and conducting deep-dive analyses aimed at refining product strategies.
Basic Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth start-up, preferably with a focus on product.- Advanced skills in SQL for writing complex and optimized queries, including window functions and CTEs.- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and experience with tools like Tableau or comparable products.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information and make clear recommendations to non-technical product leadership.- Results-oriented with the ability to identify dependencies and synthesize information from various sources.- Proficient in working cross-functionally with product stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with product teams to gather and interpret data analysis requirements for feature testing and experimentation.- Measure, track, and analyze product efficiency, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights to improve product performance.- Develop and maintain key product performance metrics and dashboards, presenting insights to product teams and executive leadership.- Design, implement, and communicate results from product experiments to support rapid decision-making on feature improvements.- Lead sprint-planning with product stakeholders to ensure alignment on product prioritization and development progress.- Innovate in data visualization and continuously improve internal reporting to enhance visibility into product performance.- Advise product leadership on strategic opportunities or risks impacting product goals.
