Moving I-4 Forward Program Data Analyst

The Opportunity

RS&H is currently seeking a Program Data Analyst to join our team in the Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL.

As part of the Moving I-4 Forward Program team, you’ll serve an integral role in the firm by providing assistance and support across multiple disciplines by developing raw data into clear and digestible formats. You will work closely with the various data collection teams and engineers to compile historical and new data and present the information through customizable dashboards or reports. They will also work with administrative and communication professionals to establish and track KPIs.  

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify trends and develop data driven conclusions and solutions.
• Assist in the development of metrics used to track value delivery.
• Have the ability to automate processes with Python, Power Automate, and other scripting languages and platforms.
• Compiles, processes, analyzes, visualizes, and reports on large and diverse datasets.
• Collaborates with team members to develop datasets and data pipelines to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Create visualizations and reports summarizing data from field investigations, project controls, and other program related disciplines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs and provide insight.
• Work independently under general supervision, as well as part of a team to meet program objectives and goals.
• Continues professional development and involvement with industry to bring and implement innovative ideas and practices.
• Develop standard operating procedures to support data pipelines and workflows.
