Intermediate Data Analyst

Compensation:
COP 6M - 6.5M/month.

What makes you a strong candidate:

• You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• You are proficient in Apache Kafka, BigQuery, Docker, and Kafka Connect.
  
• Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
• English - Native or fully fluent.
  

Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a Intermediate Data Analyst with strong experience in data engineering, focusing on cloud platforms and container management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on proficiency in Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, and BigQuery, with a solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

Candidates must have at least a B2+ level of English. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to maintain a professional conversation in a work environment. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets and create actionable insights.
  
• Manage data integration using Apache Kafka and Kafka Connect.
  
• Work with BigQuery and cloud platforms for data processing and analysis.
  
• Oversee Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters to ensure smooth operation.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams on data workflows and optimization.
  

Requirements

• Fluent English (B2+ or higher) required for professional communication.
  
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering.
  
• Expertise in Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, and cloud platforms (BigQuery).
  
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
