Be a part of an organization that is creator first. Committed to fueling excellence and always imagining more, while fostering a supportive culture, one where we elevate each other and act responsibly.

Job Purpose: You will answer questions about user behavior and product performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making that will shape which features, products, and services get pushed to (or maintained in) production. You’ll use your own curiosity to formulate new questions and interrogate our data to deliver insights and recommendations.

What You’ll Do: (job responsibilities)

  • Create, measure, and document KPIs relevant to business needs and internal teams.

  • Act as the main liaison between departments to ensure data accuracy and uniform understanding of key metrics, escalating issues as necessary to the development or implementation teams.

  • On-demand analysis: evaluate and respond to questions from development, marketing, and sales teams to assist with their short- and long-term decision-making.

  • Deep-dive analysis: study and visualize data to uncover trends and opportunities related to how users are interacting with our products.

  • Maintain analytics systems: check for completeness, accuracy, and understandable lexicon, then oversee the implementation of any new data points or sources.

  • Make informed predictions about user behavior—create, assess, and validate with A/B tests, then recommend changes based on findings.

  • Create and maintain automated dashboards for non-technical users to promote self-service for common questions.

  • Create marketing performance dashboards and review key metrics and findings with leadership and marketing teams.

  • Centralize marketing measurement reporting and recommend performance optimizations.

  • Perform reviews of live analytics platforms and ensure that they are meeting their stated goals.

  • Work closely with the development teams to understand and anticipate their analytics needs.

Who You Are: (skills and experience required)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work at a fast pace, prioritize, and multitask without sacrificing quality.

  • Ability to communicate technical ideas or problems succinctly and understandably to non-technical people.

  • Naturally inquisitive and a strong drive to understand trends and underlying behaviors.

  • College degree or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with project management and documentation software.

  • Strong experience using Mixpanel.

  • Familiarity with common web and social tools like Google Analytics.

  • Experience working with visualization and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau.

  • Strong desire to keep up to date with emerging technologies.

  • A modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamwork
