- Become a subject matter authority in financial data, equity data, indexes, benchmarking, data vendors, and content providers
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project work
- Assist with maintaining the control framework, executing index controls, and capturing evidence
- Write detailed documentation for new and existing data sources, indexes, and processes
- Innovate in all aspects of index creation and technical infrastructure, with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Clearly communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Uncover product and infrastructure improvement opportunities; prepare requirements and business cases
- Analytic programming experience is highly desirable or evidence of the ability to develop these skills rapidly. Preferred analytic programming experience (e.g. R, Python).
- Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills
- Track record of working successfully both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Highly motivated with a spirit for innovation supported by intellectual curiosity and creativity
- Well-organized and able to prioritize and take ownership of multiple, time-sensitive projects at once
- Training or interest in financial markets.
- Training or experience in economics, statistics, computer programming, data science, or related fields
- Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another relevant field
- Experience Required: 0-3 years
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
