Senior Engineer, Master Data Management

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What will you do:

• Data analytics, governance and auditing. Analyze and initiate correction of disparate data enforcing integrity. Perform project work as delegated by manager (identification of data source of truth, attribute owner, data cleansing, data standardization, etc.) 
• Support reporting and data extraction on demand Supports Master Data compliance with the appropriate internal and external Master Data requirements (including but not limited to Site, Division, Corporate, FDA, ISO, MDD, and individual country requirements). 
• Engage in the development of optimum future state of QMS for business needs. Provide complete, accurate documentation. Identify improvements and inputs into the quality planning process. Execute development and/or modification of Stryker's QMS. 
• Assess and quantify requirements for QMS requirements to optimize structure. Support GMP and GDP within Quality organization. 
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Master Data related QMS. Support Master Data QMS training development and delivery. 
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvements of policies and procedures. Develop Training material and deliver Training   
• Support implementation of best-in-class practices and benchmark against industry leaders and regulatory requirements. Ensure QMS reflects actual activities, business needs and supports NPD requirement. 
• Participate in relevant Master Data QMS discussions. Basic project management understanding. Understands system integration. 
• Support change control assessment and approval. Support in creating Apps using PowerApps. Understanding of SAP Master Data Governance. 

What you need:

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Biomedical / Computer Science

• Understanding of data, procedural indicators, and standards in the ERP & related systems preferred.
• Knowledge and affinity of Master data including. definitions, flows and dependencies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Microsoft Excel (Data Validation, Dynamic Vlookup/ H-lookup, Pivot tables), preferred Access experience and basic knowledge in VBA.
• Ability to create basic apps using PowerApps, basic knowledge on PowerBI and Power Automate
• SAP experience
