Data Operations Specialist

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance our data collection & operational processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to ensure the accuracy, quality and efficiency of data collected.

YOUR MISSION

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Data Collection & Operations Efforts: Lead the inhouse data collection team to record, review and validate data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data
• Monitoring and Reporting: Generate and maintain reports to constantly monitor key data operational metrics such as data integrity, data yield, and processs efficiency
• Project Management: Oversee multiple annotation projects concurrently, coordinating efforts with multiple vendors as needed to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
• Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with algorithm developers, data engineers and field system engineers to understand and implement data requierments addressing both technical and operational constraints
• Documentation and Training: Develop a solid understanding of project guidelines to effectively communicate data requierments & concepts, identify inefficiencies, and assist in creating comprehensive documentation and training materials
• Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as required to support the data operations functions, as the list of tasks is not exhaustive but indicative of the nature of the responsibilities

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 3-6 years of experience in a tech related role
• Experience in data operations is preferred
• Experience in data collection from a company developing a multi-disciplinary (HW, SW & AI) product/solutions or Experience In the Automotive inductry is an asset
• Experience managing/coordinating work for a small team is an asset
• Experience working with international customers and partners is an asset
• Pro-Active, Self-motivated and Savvy problem solver with a passion for technology is a big plus
• Technical skills: Excel – must, SQL and Python basic reading and scripting proficancy – advantage
• English speaking, reading & writing (Bilingual)
