Position Overview:

As an AI Model & Data Science Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our AI Software team, working on groundbreaking projects that drive the future of AI infrastructure. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the development and optimization of AI models, contributing directly to advancements in large-scale language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.

What you’ll do:

• Innovate: Engage in cutting-edge research to develop and fine-tune AI/ML models, enhancing their performance and scalability.

• Analyze: Dive deep into model behaviors, evaluating performance across diverse workloads and datasets to uncover insights that drive improvements.

• Benchmark: Assess and compare leading AI frameworks, such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, across various hardware and computing environments to identify optimal configurations.

• Collaborate: Work alongside a dynamic team of AI engineers, contributing to internal tools and pipelines that streamline experimentation and accelerate innovation.

• Optimize: Partner with compiler and backend teams to explore and implement strategies that enhance model efficiency and effectiveness.

Who you are

• Academic Excellence: Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field at a premier French engineering institution (e.g., École Polytechnique, Télécom Paris, CentraleSupélec, ENS).

• Passionate Innovator: Deeply enthusiastic about AI and deep learning, with a solid foundation in machine learning principles, statistics, and numerical methods.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Python and experienced with AI frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for analyzing complex datasets and deriving meaningful insights.

• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills in both French and English, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
