Title: SFMC Data Analyst

Description: 

We are seeking a skilled SFMC Data Analyst to join our CMR team. The analyst will play a critical role in processing campaign data and other business data for reporting, insights generation, and continuous improvement. This position will also support a Test and Learn Program on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), helping drive optimization efforts and strategic decision-making through data-backed experimentation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver actionable insights that improve marketing campaigns and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Data Processing & Reporting:

• Process, clean, and analyze campaign data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other sources to generate reports and dashboards.

• Deliver actionable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

 • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting processes.

 • Campaign Optimization:

 • Support the Test and Learn program by designing, executing, and analyzing experiments (e.g., A/B tests) within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement findings and scale successful strategies across international markets.

• Evaluate campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI, recommending improvements based on data analysis. • Stakeholder Collaboration:

 • Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to marketing campaigns and data.

 • Communicate the value of insights and experimentation results to key stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor user behaviour and campaign engagement data to identify areas for improvement.

 • Stay updated on industry best practices and new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance campaign effectiveness.

 • Proactively recommend strategies to optimize customer journeys and drive better outcomes.

Requirements: 

• Technical Skills: 

Working experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Analytics.

 • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel for reporting and analysis.

 • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.

 • Analytical Skills:

 • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to process large datasets from multiple sources and derive meaningful insights to inform business decisions.

• Knowledge of marketing KPIs and metrics, including email performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

• Communication & Collaboration: • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and analytics.

 • Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels and drive alignment on priorities.

 • Experience: • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or CRM context.

 • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.

• Exposure to international markets and/or automotive industry experience is a plus.
