As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Data Analyst - Product to drive data-driven decision-making so that we can optimize our product strategy and deliver seamless customer experiences.

As our new Data Analyst - Product, you will be part of our Product team, reporting to Helena Buhr. The team currently comprises 3 amazing individuals working across Aarhus and Copenhagen, who are focused on embedding a data-centric approach within our Product function, led by Christina Vestergaard.

What will you do?

• Conduct in-depth analysis to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape product roadmaps and strategic decisions.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of product initiatives.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to ensure visibility into key product metrics.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other teams to integrate data into decision-making.

• Work with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to enhance our data ecosystem, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Deliver compelling data storytelling through visualization and presentations to influence stakeholders.

• Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics insights.

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate product and business objectives into analytical plans.

• Advanced skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools like Looker. Experience with dbt, GitHub, and Python is a plus.

• Understanding of product development processes and experience working in agile environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
