Data Engineer - Senior

TS/SCI REQUIRED

Location: Springfield, VA

Position Responsibilities:

Data Engineer: The Data Engineer shall ensure the integration and interoperability of mission/intelligence data for consumption of the community for peace and crisis situations.

Develop, construct, test, and maintain GIS databases and large-scale data processing systems
Clean, prepare, and transform AP LOB data to support the building of geospatial data pipelines that create curated view of the content for IC consumption
Apply knowledge of scripting tools, programming languages, standards, and software packages to build the data pipelines that enable the consumption of data supporting AP LOB's mission needs
Publish geospatial content in the form of data service from a GIS system
Support the use/development of cloud computing systems and perform automated analytics
