We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Product Manager to join our team at Supermetrics. 

About the Role:

  • Oversee the development and ensure the effective delivery of our next-generation AI & Data product portfolio. 
  • In this role, you'll be the strategist, responsible for shaping the product strategy, empowering our product development team, and ensuring that our product features are strategically aligned with our overarching business goals. 
  • This position demands a blend of proficient analytical skills, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams to deliver innovative, user-centric, and commercially valuable products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Vision: Establish a compelling product vision and roadmap for our AI and ML products, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Create and enhance data-driven and AI-powered products, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Champion User Needs: Act as the voice of the customer, deliberately gathering and synthesizing insights from users and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  • Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure smooth feature releases and facilitate product adoption.
  • Measure Product Success: Define and track key metrics to evaluate the performance and adoption of AI products, using data to inform future product strategy and initiatives.
  • Prioritize and Refine: Effectively prioritize features and improvements on the product roadmap, balancing customer feedback with strategic business priorities to maximize impact.
  • Oversee Product Lifecycle: Oversee product initiatives through all phases of their lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to delivery and adoption, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Empower Development Teams: Work closely with product development teams to discover, plan, and build features using Agile methodologies and adhering to our software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Specify Product Requirements: Create clear, concise, and well-defined product requirements using user stories that adhere to the INVEST principles.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Over 6 years as a Product Manager in a technology-focused industry, with significant experience in AI product management.
  • Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product value.
  • Applied experience working in Agile development environments.
  • An enthusiasm for facilitating impactful product outcomes while maintaining a user-centered development strategy.

Should-Have:

  • Technical proficiency gained through a data science/data engineering background 
  • Technical proficiency gained through a Machine Learning background
  • A customer-first mindset that consistently prioritizes and incorporates customer feedback into product decisions.
  • Experience in applying a "fail-fast" approach, utilizing validation and prototyping to effectively test hypotheses.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to effectively position and promote technical products.

Could-Have:

  • Experience working within a SaaS-based MarTech (Marketing Technology) business.
  • Experience working in a global organization with distributed and remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with developer tools and SDKs.
