YOUR MISSION

To lead the way in analyzing, automating, and optimizing global supply chain processes that drive efficiency and profitability across our operations.

THE JOURNEY

• Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities with a focus on cost-efficiency and time optimization. 
• Utilize advanced data processing tools  to extract and manipulate critical information. 
• Work collaboratively to streamline and automate processes, reducing manual effort. 
• Design and implement programming solutions to advance operational efficiency.
• Continuously improve internal team processes while adopting innovative strategies to boost supply chain performance, such as enhancing inventory turnover and minimizing slow-moving items. 
• Lead impactful projects aimed at driving profitability and efficiency across global supply chain processes while tracking and presenting measurable outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Process Optimization, or similar roles. 
• A proactive mindset constantly seeking optimization and process innovation. 
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data interpretation, mathematics, and statistics. 
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Power BI. 
• Nice to have: Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) and SQL. 
• Demonstrated experience with supply chain processes. 
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills. 
• Professional proficiency in English. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving capabilities. 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with global, cross-functional teams, including internal customers and service providers.
