THE ROLE (Porto or Lisbon based)We power data-driven decision-making by providing statistical expertise, technical support, and actionable insights from experiments, ensuring Farfetch evolves through scientifically informed, rapid iteration. Our work spans the entire product ecosystem. We partner with Product teams to turn bold ideas into reality, guiding every stage from ideation to test design, analysis, and rollout decisions.We're designing impactful products and experiences that fulfil all our customer and partner needs from fashion lovers to the brands and boutiques. Our team covers the Farfetch.com website and apps. We're passionate about what we can achieve together, researching, testing, launching and refining new products to push the boundaries of what's never been done before. We partner with the Product teams and support them with all their analytical needs, from the very first moment (ideation, brainstorm initiatives) through the entire process of assessing the opportunities, configuring tests, analysing results and supporting decisions based on data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends in user and purchase behavior and optimize product and pricing performance
- Investigate operational inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions
- Build forecasting models for inventory, demand planning, user engagement and revenue
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes
- Build dashboards (SQL, Looker) to track KPIs and automate reporting
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement tracking and improve data quality
- Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and inform roadmap decisions
- Communicate insights to leadership through clear visualizations and storytelling
WHO YOU ARE
- Knowledgeable about SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) at an advanced level
- Experienced with Experimentation (A/B testing)
- Familiar with statistical modeling (regression, clustering)
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau
- You have strong product sense and business acumen
- Your have a background in retail/e-commerce analytics
