Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (AI & NLP)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in AI and NLP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, particularly in deep learning and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Work extensively with Python and PySpark to build scalable AI solutions.
• Utilize AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for model development.
• Implement generative models and work with NLP techniques, including transformers like GPT models.
• Design, refine, and optimize AI prompts using LangChain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for AI/ML applications.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with generative models and NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with AI-centric libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Expertise in working with transformers (GPT models) and designing/refining prompts (LangChain experience preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI model deployment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
