A Day in the Life:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines using Redshift, dbt, Dagster, and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop efficient data models and transformations.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with established engineering standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Redshift, dbt, Dagster, and Python, staying current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in the data engineering ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing data pipelines and workflows to ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow designs, and implementation guides.
