The position

As of now our Commercial Excellence team in Animal Health is seeking a talented and passionate data enthusiast for the Vienna office, who loves to dive deep into complex data and emerge with automated dashboards which generate actionable insights for different business functions.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and co-create dashboards to enable KPI tracking, sell in / sellout reporting and other relevant metrics. 
  • Identify data inaccuracies, align data mappings, and proactively provide innovative solutions to enhance data automation.
  • Provide training sessions for users on how to navigate, analyse data of existing and new dashboards.
  • Develop comprehensive UAT processes to identify any business requirement gaps, ensuring analytic solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Utilise best practice for data automation, visualisation and ensure documentation is maintained.

Requirements

  • B.A. required in fields such as business administration, finance, or computer science. A hands-on experience in data visualization and analytics is a plus.
  • Some years of relevant work experience with strong background in analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent data visualization skills to create dashboards, proven experience with Power BI,  SQL and coding knowledge (R, Python, Web development).
  • Strong communication skills, a structured and proactive working style, and the ability to manage complexity.
  • Fluency in oral and written english, german is a plus.

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is € 46.305 per year (full-time) according to the classification in the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry. Depending on professional experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment.
