Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Global Logistics Masterdata Analyst to handle the Leadtime/transportation lane master data maintenance APO/SAP (Sea, Air, Express, Road), support implementation of standard lead-times and maintain and handle E2E process quality e.g. order book quality per region/DSC.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

 

  • Maintain transportation lead-time reports and implement corrective actions in APO/SAP (supplier to factory and factory to customers)
  • Cooperating with business stakeholders to collect and document business requirements related to Lead Time Material Master for standardization/improvement/development/automation
  • Challenging transportation LT increases and strive for continuous improvements and better control
  •  Participating in LT management projects e.g. implementation of standard lead-times in P01 and maintaining standard lead-times
  •  Interacts with multiple stakeholders to communicate on changes
  • Bringing management's attention to inconsistencies and problems
  • Driving Process and Tool automatization e.g. dashboard to evaluate E2E process quality Support Fulfillment with data related to E2E process quality to improve productivity and Data Quality assurance
  • Close cooperation with Core team and Climate (1 company approach, benchmark)

 

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of E2E Logistic flows/processes
  • Inventory management/fulfilment skills
