We are seeking Applied Researchers and Machine Learning Engineers to join our team and help shape our evaluation product model capability development cycle.Research Scientist, AI Research Responsibilities
  • Developing robust product evaluations that cover various capabilities, modalities, and languages.
  • Training and tuning Auto Judges to assess and improve model performance.
  • Fine-tuning models like LLAMA to support new product features and ensure they meet market needs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in AI modeling and evaluation.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and model tuning.
  • A PhD in AI, computer science, or related technical fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with both first-party and third-party LLMs.
  • Skills in search, anomaly detection, and data mining.
  • Familiarity with process automation and horizontal technology development.

$147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
