We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Director of Data Strategy and Analytics for our Europe division. This pivotal role will be responsible for setting the organization’s data strategy in alignment with our overall business goals.

The ideal candidate will research, propose, and lead the introduction of innovative data products, services, and tools that drive business growth, optimize productivity, and ensure data consistency across the organization.

 

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months

 

About the role

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and establish the organization’s data strategy
  • Research and brainstorm potential data products, services, and tools that can provide competitive advantages.
  • Drive the growth of revenues and productivity savings through the successful execution of data and analytics initiatives
  • Oversee the organization’s data discipline and governance, ensuring consistency and alignment with the data strategy.
  • Design and develop training programs and workshops to improve data skills and knowledge, from basic data handling to advanced analytics.
  • Ensure that insights are translated into high-impact business strategies, directly contributing to the organisation’s growth.
  • Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, ensuring insights are utilized effectively in decision-making processes.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights into business performance and key metrics.

 

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or strategic planning, preferably within a management consultancy or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in setting and executing data strategies that deliver high-impact business outcomes.
  • Expertise in data governance, with strong experience in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
