Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI solutions alongside our clients.
  • Lead teams assigned to projects.
  • Provide technical support and specialized advice during the sales process.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and solution proposals for clients.
  • Conduct needs and requirements analysis to design customized data analytics solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand their challenges and objectives, and propose suitable technological solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
  • Support the preparation of responses to RFPs (requests for proposals) and other bidding documents.
  • Contribute to the development of technical strategies to promote the company's solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in a technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the data and AI ecosystem.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing teams and collaborating in pre-sales processes.
  • Passion for artificial intelligence and skills to communicate its impact.
  • Solid understanding of the data analytics ecosystem and clients.
  • Proven track record in implementing and managing data analytics solutions.
  • Competencies in developing technical strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Continuous learner who stays updated on industry knowledge and technology.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and adapt to digital and innovative methodologies.
  • Experience in preparing responses to RFPs (requests for proposals) and other bidding documents.
  • Effective collaboration with engineering and development teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Additional Technical Requirements

  • Programming languages: Proficiency in Python, R, Java, and C++.
  • AI frameworks and libraries: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
  • Big Data tools: Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and real-time data processing tools like Apache Kafka.
  • Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Cloud platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure for deploying AI solutions.
  • Data visualization tools: Competence in using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Knowledge of techniques and tools such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Hugging Face transformers.
  • Computer Vision: Experience with OpenCV and deep learning techniques applied to computer vision.
  • Agile methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • DevOps and MLOps: Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery practices (CI/CD) and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
