As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping credit, business, and collections strategies using data-driven insights. Working closely with leadership, you will craft and execute analytics-driven strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven insights.
Develop hypotheses, design testing frameworks, conduct analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
Oversee project execution, ensuring operational feasibility, successful implementation, and tracking outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior analysts while ensuring timely delivery of projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and SQL for data analysis and query development.
Project Management: Ability to independently execute projects, mentor junior analysts, and ensure timely completion.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong logical, analytical, and reasoning skills with a rigorous quantitative approach.
Self-Driven & Innovative: Passion for leveraging cutting-edge techniques to drive data-driven decision-making and team development.
Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, risk, or collections.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or Operations Research from a Tier 1 institution.
Experience in a fintech or similar data-driven industry is preferred.
