Your Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven innovator to drive business and market intelligence for sales and marketing. This role will focus on leveraging data-driven insights and applying market leading AI tools where relevant to enhance decision-making, optimize go-to-market strategies, and measure impact across both functions. This role will work to embed analytics into marketing and sales processes, identify growth opportunities, and develop advanced models to drive business performance. By integrating predictive data intelligence and automation, you will play a key role in shaping strategies that improve engagement, drive revenue, and maximize market potential.  

 

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).  

What You'll Do

  • Leverage CRM and market data to forecast shifts in demand, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, enabling leadership to anticipate market changes and optimally adjust strategies 

  • Leverage data mining and analytics to assess customer value, optimize pricing, packaging, and revenue strategies, and build predictive systems to refine go-to-market (GTM) execution 

  • Develop and implement AI powered tools to support sales and marketing processes, including customer/prospect/product matching and related workflows 

  • Understand and leverage customer lifetime value and acquisition cost data to refine acquisition strategies, prioritize high-value customers, identify at-risk customers, optimize channel investment and allocate budget 

  • Refine sales and marketing KPIs and performance reporting analysis; build automated frameworks that measure the tangible impact of initiatives linking spending to marketing and sales outcomes, from global campaigns to individual conferences and events 

  • Leverage advanced data analytics to assess conference and event ROI, analyzing attendee engagement, lead conversion, and revenue impact; develop predictive models to optimize global event strategy, resource allocation, and sponsorship effectiveness 

  • Enhance multi-touch attribution model, evaluating advanced scoring methodologies and/or incorporating additional attributes to drive deeper marketing insights for improved decision-making 

  • Refine the marketing focus framework to guide campaign strategy and allocate time effectively across regions, products, and key activities

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in growth strategy, business intelligence, predictive modeling, and data analytics  

  • Experience with marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support business workflows 

  • Strong understanding of AI applications in sales and marketing, with familiarity in business intelligence and generative AI tools and practices 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights.

  • Experience with data intelligence and analysis within sales/marketing environments specifically 

  • Strong proficiency in system integration, using APIs to automate data flows across platforms 

  • Knowledge of deep analysis techniques for customer segmentation and personalization 

Pay Range

USD $134,305.00 - USD $191,865.00 /Yr.
