We are Volkswagen Group Info Service AG, the central interface to mobility data by multiple Volkswagen Group brands.

As an independent legal entity, the Volkswagen Group Info Services AG (VW GIS) is the creator and home of the Data Hub. With insights from various data sources, VW GIS shapes services and products, and thus lays the foundation for the commercial data business generating new revenue streams through licensing of data products. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Transform the potentials of data from different data sources (static data/ dynamic vehicle sensor data) into customer value
• Closely collaborate with tech teams, legal, business development, sales and product management to bring products to our customers
• Derive technical product requirements from customer point of view to be implemented using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) driven dev teams
• Develop concepts and product documentation such as user journeys, data privacy documentation and IT architecture descriptions together with experts, e.g. Legal Engineers, Product Owners and IT Architects
• Report project status to stakeholders from brands and on management level
• Moderate between the interests of the expert departments in brands, regulatory requirements, strategic guidelines and revenue objectives
• Own the scope and success of your projects and deliver results through smart steering, transparency and continuous tracking of deliverables
• Act to overcome obstacles while ensuring stakeholder commitment, develop solutions and trigger escalation if necessary

WHO YOU ARE

• Passionate team player eager to drive customer value with the existing data product portfolio with your expertise and track-record with digital products
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a role dedicated to bring data products to customers
• Experienced with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration, ideally in SAFe environments
• Proactive, creative, structured, solution-oriented and able to bring in experience and methodological knowledge to thrive digital business
• Product and market knowledge in the automotive industry required, e.g. in the domain of vehicle data business
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering customer value
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Fluent in writing and speaking German and English
