The Director of Digital Data Management Business Partnerships and Solutions plays a critical role in developing and implementing the strategic vision for data management across the organization. This position requires a dynamic leader who can drive collaboration between Product teams, Data Management, and other partners to create innovative data solutions that drive business growth.

Essential Functions:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the data management strategy aligned with the organization's Product goals.
  • Lead the establishment of governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize data initiatives that drive business value for each Product team.

Business Partnerships

  • Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across various Product groups to understand data needs and opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with internal partners 
  • Lead a team that acts as the primary liaison between Product teams, Data Management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery and communication.

Data Solutions

  • Working with the other Data Management teams, oversee the design, development, and deployment of data solutions that meet business requirements and enhance product capabilities.
  • Ensure data solutions are scalable, sustainable, and align with industry best practices.
  • Promote the use of advanced analytics, and best practices to derive insights from data.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the data management team.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, technologies, and skills to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to bring perspective from experience to inform decisions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence others both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Experience and ability to progressively coach and mentor employees.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $180,500.00 - $335,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
