Inspire Brands is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes nearly 32,000 Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, SONIC Drive-In, and Rusty Taco locations worldwide.As a Sr. Analyst in People Analytics at Inspire Brands, you will play a key role in leveraging data to drive workforce insights and strategic decision-making. You will analyze employee data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance talent management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. Collaborating with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will use advanced analytics and storytelling to support initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, turnover, and productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze workforce data to uncover trends in hiring, retention, turnover, diversity, and employee engagement.
- Develop predictive models to forecast workforce trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to HR and leadership teams to optimize talent strategies.
Dashboard & Reporting Development
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Excel.
- Ensure HR metrics are accurately tracked and visualized for clear decision-making.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accessibility of workforce data.
Collaboration & Business Partnering
- Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to align analytics with business goals.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and decision-makers.
- Support HR leaders with ad-hoc analysis and presentations related to talent management and workforce planning.
Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling
- Utilize statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve workforce planning.
- Conduct deep dives into employee sentiment, productivity, and performance trends.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR strategies using AI, automation, and data science techniques.
HR Systems & Data Integrity
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems (e.g., Workday).
- Work with IT and HR teams to enhance data governance and reporting capabilities.
- Optimize data collection methods to improve analytics capabilities.
Strategic Workforce Planning Support
- Assist in designing metrics and benchmarks for talent acquisition, training, and employee experience.
- Provide insights to enhance Inspire Brands employee experience and culture initiatives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 Year Degree and/or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the retail or restaurant industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying languages.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
