Salary: London circa £140,000, National circa £120,000

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Customer Data Integration, to join our team and lead the data engineering teams that enable world class data science, by driving, designing and delivering leading-edge, user-friendly data architectures, managing key stakeholder relationships and driving effective data governance and cost efficiencies.

A bit about the job:

As the Head of Customer Data Integration, you will set the vision for the M&A Customer Data & Analytics integration in the Aviva target data ecosystem.  Articulate the vision in a long-term roadmap that can be executed and delivered through incremental transitions that unlock value from M&A through value prioritised business adoption.  At the heart of the role is the ability to work cross functionally with business, technology and data product teams to set a firm direction to achieve the desired outcomes while maintaining flexibility in how they are delivered.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading multiple large scale data projects
• Technical background in data & analytics and a platform product mindset are of essence
• Proven experience in defining data operating models and the ability to articulate the value of data to the enterprise
• Expertise in the development and leadership of teams to world class technology solutions
• Senior stakeholder engagement in a complex organizational structure

• National salary circa £120,000, London salary circa £140,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
