The Opportunity:
We seek a Technical Leader to spearhead AI adoption across CACI's US Operations. This role will bridge AI technologies with business needs, collaborating across teams to identify opportunities and create initiatives for AI solution development and deployment. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills, able to understand complex business problems across markets and leverage both internal and customer funding to drive AI solutions from concept to deployment. The goal is to accelerate AI use company-wide, creating repeatable technology solutions that enhance efficiency and competitive advantage throughout the US Operations portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Active Cross-functional Collaboration: Proactively engage with internal teams across various markets to understand their unique challenges and opportunities for AI integration.
- Hands-on AI Opportunity Identification: Through direct engagement with stakeholders, identify areas where AI can drive efficiency, innovation, and value.
- Dynamic AI Application: Determine the most suitable AI technologies and approaches for specific business problems.
- Education and Advocacy: Communicate the potential of AI to stakeholders, organizing workshops, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations to foster a culture of AI adoption and innovation.
- Engagement: Actively coordinate between technical teams and business units, ensuring regular touchpoints and open communication channels to drive successful implementation of AI initiatives.
- Continuous Learning: Proactively stay updated on emerging AI technologies and their potential applications across different industries, sharing insights regularly with the broader organization.
- Outcome Measurement: Actively develop and track metrics in partnership with stakeholders to measure the success and impact of AI implementations across the business.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 10+ years of technical leadership experience - leading development / deployment of solutions to operational environment
- 3+ years hands-on experience deploying advanced analytical capabilities, including machine learning (ML) models, to operational environments
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related technical discipline. Advanced degree is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and foster cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Understanding of AI concepts and their business applications, with an ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and their potential applications
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the impact and feasibility of AI solutions on a business
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- There is no clearance requirement to begin employment. As a requirement of continued employment you will be required to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Desired:
- Experience providing operational AI workloads to the public sector
- Experience supporting capture development including shaping, solutioning, and / or reviews
- Experience deploying AI workloads to the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP)
- Active TS/SCI, TS, or Secret Security clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
