Business Enablement Analyst – Global Commercial Operations

  • Bachelor’s degrees in fields such as business administration, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with data analysis, business intelligence, or data integration ideally with a focus on commercial operations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data interpretation and derive actionable insights that enable business objectives and dynamic countermeasures when necessary.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools such as Power BI, SFDC, Alteryx and PowerAutomate (Flow).  Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python etc would be a differentiating skillset.
  • Familiarity and understanding of key business processes, metrics, and key performance indicators within commercial operations is desired.
  • Strong project management skills to help lead global data analysis initiatives, manage timelines and coordinate with global cross functional teams is a requirement.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to business enablement analytics.
  • Must have strong English language skills in addition to other European-based languages.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create standard work allowing the analysis of large data sets identifying key trends, patterns and commercial/market insights which enable informed business decisions.  Build comprehensive customized reports and dashboards in PBI/SFDC which empower key stakeholders to make critical data driven decisions across our instrument and service business.
  • Key Stakeholder Support and Collaboration: Works closely with diverse departments and functions (sales, finance, service, customer care, contracts) to understand their data analytics needs and provide support to optimize daily operations.
  • Performance Measurement Development: Develops and tracks performance metrics too assess the effectiveness of commercial strategies and operations.
  • Data Management: Ensures data integrity and accuracy by implementing proper data management practices including cleansing and validation.
  • Business Analytics Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within commercial operations and recommends solutions based on data insights and available tools.  Leverage IT automation to drive efficiency and maximize data integrity.
  • Strategic Growth Support: Assist in the development of strategic plans by providing data-driven analytical insights that support commercial growth objectives and enables rapid course correction where necessary.
  • Tool Development:  Work collaboratively with the commercial excellence department and IT to dynamically design and operationalize business enablement tools that enhance data collection and commercial analytics.
  • Support Market Research: Support collaborative efforts from marketing, product line management, finance, and commercial excellence to conduct market analysis and identification growth opportunities, market drivers and competitive dynamics.
  • Data Integration Oversight: Support ongoing data quality initiatives such as research, match/merging and data cleansing to remediate issues identified while ensuring there is a single source of truth in data synchronization.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Consistently and proactively on the look-out for opportunities to improve sales enablement tools, reports, dashboards and data analytic workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide day-to-day support to cross-functional internal and external customers as related to customer accounts.
