About the role:

As an HR Data Analyst, you will be working as a supporting body for Workday Team and HR departments, helping with process optimization, ensuring standardization of master data, and following up on quality metrics. You will play a key role in implementing new processes and projects, grounded in robust data governance practices.

Your main scope of duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Standardizing HR data and developing standard operating procedures
  • Collaborating closely with the MD Team and Workday Team
  • Assisting the HR departments in administrative and reporting tasks
  • Conducting regular data validation and comparison to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor HR data and processes
  • Completing assigned tasks and providing support for various HR-related activities
  • Supporting data governance and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures
  • Delivering ad-hoc data and information as needed

We expect you to have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (required)
  • Experience working with data (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially practical ability to use MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and oral English
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment
  • Capability to independently handle tasks and work effectively in a team
  • Positive, open personality with a “can do” attitude
  • Experience with Workday system is an additional value
  • Experience in an international organization in a similar role is a plus
