The IT Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics and their knowledge of IT strategies to drive data-driven business decisions and solve complex problems. Duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to extract, analyze, and interpret data, create actionable data-driven insights and reports, and perform analysis across a variety of high-impact projects. RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.- Lead end-to-end data procurement and management lifecycle, from requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and providing recommendations.- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.- Transform data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth. 40%


Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality.- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to influence strategic decision-making.- Create documentation for dashboards, reports, and other data projects for knowledge sharing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities that require modern analytical and modeling techniques.   Collaborate with the Data Quality  and Data Governance Teams to identify key data quality metrics and trends.
Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-making.- Analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity. 35%

    
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
Develop, maintain, and enhance user-friendly reports and dashboards using tools like “Power BI” to support IT and business stakeholder needs.  20%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's               FIELD OF STUDY: Information Technology / data science/ industrial engineering

EXPERIENCE:  3+ years in an IT analytical role or working in process improvement or data warehouse.

English: B2+ Advanced

CERTIFICATION(S):  Certification(s) required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience in designing and running queries, storytelling with data.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power B, ExceI, Tableau. Working with Azure datalake or SQL databases a plus
  • Python
  • Relational databases
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Stakeholder management
  • Change managements
  • Strong communication skills
