See yourself in the role
As a Senior Data Analyst (GenAI focused), you will work extensively with Fraud Capability, Technology, CDAO, and other partners to deliver GenAI use cases in card detection, case handling, and assessment.
Understand Cards Fraud deeply, an ever-changing and challenging domain, gain deep knowledge of our detection and assessment processes.
Support complex projects by offering expertise in solving Card Fraud issues using GenAI for Detection, Assessment, and Automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Fraud Tech, CDAO, and GenAI Engineer team, to ensure the successful deployment of Card Fraud GenAI use case.
Key responsibilities
Problem Identification and Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives, analyze the feasibility of AI solutions for fraud detection, and define the scope and limitations of the project.
Data Collection and Preprocessing: Identify and collect relevant datasets from various sources, clean and preprocess data to ensure quality and accuracy, and handle missing values, outliers, and ensure data normalization and standardization
Model Selection and Development: Select appropriate algorithms and techniques based on the problem, build and train models using machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and experiment with different model architectures and hyperparameters to optimize performance
Model Evaluation and Validation: Evaluate models using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, and ROC-AUC, validate models through cross-validation techniques to prevent overfitting and underfitting, and conduct A/B testing to assess model performance in real-world scenarios
Deployment and Integration: Integrate AI models with existing systems and workflows, ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions, and use platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deployment

At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, experience working directly with AI, machine learning technologies, statistical systems, or big data platforms. Preferred experience deploying GenAI solutions (can be professional projects or hobby projects).
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
Preferred experience in building solutions on complex cloud-native products, applications, and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
