As a Senior Manager, Data Analytics, you will oversee a talented team of data analysts dedicated to empowering the Real Estate division with actionable insights, reporting, and automation. You will be responsible for identifying and integrating data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business goals and translate them into data requirements, while developing an in-depth understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.What you'll do...
- Manage a Data Analytics Team: Support the Real Estate division with advanced data solutions for faster decision-making.
- Identify and Evaluate Data Sources: Source data from internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand business goals and translate them into data requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Technical Problem Solving: Formulate and implement algorithms for data analysis and modeling.
- Tool Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate software tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Data Visualization: Design and execute strategies for effective data visualization, dashboards, and reports.
- Data Quality and Governance: Plan and lead efforts to ensure data quality and integrity. Develop data governance policies and procedures.
- Exploratory Analysis: Conduct exploratory analyses to generate insights and identify patterns in data.
- Statistical Analysis: Develop and implement statistical analyses and models.
- Communication: Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.1 year's supervisory experience.
