Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, persistence in problem-solving, and the ability to learn quickly and independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational analysis and deliver data insights.
• Contribute to key operations by establishing and reviewing KPIs, SLAs, thresholds, and escalation procedures.
• Build and present dashboards to cross-functional audiences.
• Act as a data steward to monitor and improve overall data quality.
• Continuously review and validate data for accuracy.
• Define and document ongoing process changes and improvements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Work closely with internal clients, senior team members, and external vendors to build rapport and maintain solid working relationships.
• Aggregate, analyze, and interpret business data through quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, and business plan presentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience documenting data flows and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of strong hands-on SQL development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and be a self-starter to provide deliverables within the expected timeframe.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience profiling data, including data discovery, cleansing, and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Alteryx.
