Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist - Graduate

  

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Product Management team by providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform sales strategy and planning.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation checks.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

What You’ll Need:

  • You have completed your degree within the last 12 months in any field (preferably IT/ International Business and Sales )

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset. You’ll turn insights into actionable strategies.

  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in team environments. Cross-functional collaboration is your superpower.

  • Language: English fluency is required; additional European languages are a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
