Senior Data Analyst - Celonis

In this role your Core Responsibilities and Activities : As a Data Analyst, you will be part COE team who accelerate our digital transformation and drive Celonis process mining utilization across the organization. To generate high-value use cases, you will work closely with Finance team stakeholders and other cross functional team members. You will perform data transformations, develop analyses and derive business cases. You will develop data-driven process insights and actions. You will implement the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Task Mining and Machine Learning Discover 

● Be a key player in our COE team, delivering optimal solutions that meet business needs and solve pain points in our processes in the areas of OTC, S2P, R2R, Internal Control etc… 

● Design creative analyses and execution apps with a focus on incorporating Machine Learning algorithms and Task Mining to increase process transparency. 

● Leverage Celonis technology to uncover process inefficiencies and understand root causes through close collaboration with business functions. Enhance 

● Drive value creation and align measures to improve process inefficiencies 

● Quantify the business and financial potential and present insights to management 

● Implement Celonis’ Process Automation technology to streamline processes, increase value, and enhance process conformance rates. Monitor 

● Implement KPIs to measure success and enable continuous process improvement. 

● Ensure team enablement to continuously improve processes 

● Set the foundations of the long-term transformation success journey Functional Competencies : You live for customer value, have a passion for driving the Celonis Process Mining Technology forward to deliver business outcomes. You have a growth mindset and strive for a job that encourages you to continuously expand your knowledge and think creatively 

● At least 2 years to 7 years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area 

● Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining 

● Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, QAD) and their integration with process mining tools. 

● Integration with Snowflake or any other data platforms 

● Excellent analytical skills, well organised and known for being a quick learner 

● Provide training and support to team members on the use of Celonis and process mining methodologies. 

● Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all process mining activities. 

● Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various business stakeholders to understand and interpret business processes
