How will I help?

As an Analyst, you will contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the data product operating model, ensuring that data products are built, governed, and delivered in a manner that maximizes value for the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and embedment of the Data Product Operating Model which includes governance processes, ownership, sharing agreements, controls in line with relevant policies and standards
• Contribute to the uplift in data culture and data governance across the bank. 
• Coach and support the business to build greater data product awareness and capability
• Metrics and reporting to track the impact of the operating model and compliance with the Data Product Standard

What do I need?

• Extensive experience in the data or IT field
• Exceptional visualization and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics for solving business problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Preferred experience in data governance and data product management
• Experience with SharePoint and Power BI will be desirable
• Good Analytical, problem solving and research skills
• Strong communication and consultive skills to engage stakeholders across the group
