Primary Objective 

The Data Visualization Executive will assist in the market research studies by preparing the research reports including the production of charts from the data tables to ensure a smooth delivery of projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Performing preliminary research on the therapeutic area or on the related medicine to understand the survey topic. 
• Producing and creating PowerPoint graphic charts (shells) report from computer data tables.
• Proofreading data tables to ensure number accuracy.
• Liaise with Researchers and Project Managers on the market research requirements and update on project status.
• Providing quality checks on reports to final delivery.
• Ensuring report charts meet best practice and quality standards.
• Participating in meetings to best plan the reporting slides of complex projects.

Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes 

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Science or equivalent ● At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. 
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). 
• Knowledgable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines. 
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting. 
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
