Your day-to-day

  • Partner with product, design and engineering teams to uncover insights about user behavior and identify friction points to ensure continuous improvements of our products.
  • Build automated dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into product performance, usability and customer journeys.
  • Develop hypotheses, design and analyze A/B tests and translate results into actionable recommendations that improve user experience.
  • Run in-depth analyses to discover usage patterns, identify opportunities for growth and shape the future of the product.
  • Work cross-functionally to embed insights into product roadmaps, ensure smooth execution and maintain consistency across Hostinger.
  • Support and elevate other analysts through sharing of knowledge and best practices.
  • Influence senior product stakeholders by proactively providing strategic guidance on data, experimentation and suggesting product performance improvements.
  • This role is expected to grow into either Product Analytics Team Lead or Product Analytics Tech Lead, depending on the candidate's strengths, experience and interests.

Your skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in data and/or product analytics (subscription-based, B2C SaaS or tech companies is a plus).
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (we use Amplitude, but others work too).
  • A/B testing and experimentation experience and knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking, storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complexity for various audiences.
  • Previous experience mentoring analysts or leading cross-functional analytical initiatives or teams would be considered an advantage.
  • Bonus: Experience with Tableau or other data visualisation tools.

Compensation

  • Gross salary from 5,000 to 7,000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills.
