Business/Data Analyst

Mission Overview:

To ensure the development of Floya, we are looking for a Business Data Manager who can collect, analyze, and interpret key data from the application. The Business Data Manager will be responsible for extracting, interpreting, and anticipating data generated by the Floya platform and various connected tools (CRM, etc.) to guide strategic and operational decisions. This role will be central in identifying data that can meet the objectives of different stakeholders while filtering out useless or misutilized information. They will combine advanced analytical skills with a deep understanding of business needs to transform data into actionable insights.

This work will be carried out in close collaboration with the Floya team (mainly composed of a program manager, product owner, technical lead, and business analyst), the IT department, and the marketing teams. The Business Data Manager will be responsible for analyzing data related to the performance of various transportation modes and user engagement with the solution. The role also involves frequent interactions with technical providers and our client as the Mobility Service Provider to ensure that data is correctly integrated, interpreted, and utilized to achieve the project's objectives. The ideal candidate should have project management skills to adhere to schedules and manage a wide range of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Data Manager/scientist role.
• Ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret data from various sources.
• Mastery of statistical concepts and analytical models to analyze trends and patterns.
• Utilization of tools such as Excel, Python, R, Apache Spark, Power BI, DAX, etc., for data visualization and analysis.
• Good knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) and SQL language.
• Mastery of data processing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure for cloud data analysis.
• Good understanding of CRM tool functionalities such as Salesforce.
• Experience in project management and constraint analysis within complex projects involving diverging stakeholder interests.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems using data.
• Aptitude for presenting conclusions clearly and making data comprehensible for non-experts.
• Ability to identify specific indicators and develop customized dashboards to track KPIs.
• Good knowledge of the digital mobility landscape.
• Capacity to align the needs of technical teams with complex issues.
• Experience in data manipulation and cleaning to ensure quality and coherence before analysis.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, data analysis, and digital, with substantial experience in data processing and interpretation for cross-functional projects. Proven experience in implementing digital tool adaptations that involve both IT and operational teams, as well as numerous impacted or engaged business stakeholders.

Educational Background and Certifications:

• You hold a Master's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, or IT, with excellent skills in data analysis and visualization, refined in the digital domain.

Required Certifications (if applicable):

• Azure training path
• Power BI administration

Additional Information:

This mission can be extended for a maximum duration (including initial duration) of 880 working days.
