The Role
We're looking for a Prompt Engineer to help improve the quality and performance of our AI-generated content and intelligence outputs across deployments at scale. You’ll be responsible for reviewing outputs, identifying quality issues, writing structured evaluations, and iterating on prompts to improve downstream performance.

This role sits at the intersection of product, customer experience, and AI quality. You’ll work closely with our founding team and engineers to ensure our outputs are not just technically correct, but contextually smart, on-brand, and tailored to each customer’s needs.

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated outputs for quality, tone, and relevance across customer use cases
• Flag issues, edge cases, or patterns that impact output quality
• Design and write evals to measure prompt performance at scale
• Tune prompts to improve consistency, accuracy, and personalization
• Track emerging prompting techniques, model updates, and tooling trends
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success

What We’re Looking For

• Strong judgment for what “good” and “bad” looks like in AI-generated communication
• Experience writing, testing, and refining prompts for LLMs (e.g. GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to identify patterns in errors and turn them into scalable evaluation logic
• A background in sales, product, BizOps, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like AI-native automation platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Bonus: interest in the future of AI agents and their role in go-to-market workflows
