Position Overview: The Head of Data will be responsible for overseeing all data-related initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, while driving strategic insights and decision-making through analytics. This role requires a strategic leader who can establish robust data governance practices, manage data analytics infrastructure, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a data management strategy that aligns with business goals and operational needs.
• Oversee data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage the design, maintenance, and optimization of data infrastructure, databases, and reporting systems.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data collection, storage, processing, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and enhance business processes.
• Supervise and mentor the data team, including data analysts and data entry clerks, to ensure efficient data operations.
• Continuously improve data workflows, reporting methodologies, and analytics capabilities.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Leadership experience in managing data teams and driving data strategy.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and analytics infrastructure.
• Experience with data analytics tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Capable of identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
