Your team

You’ll be part of STAAT Data Science group in Wroclaw, Poland which is part of global Wealth Management Tech organization. We are developing cutting edge digital solutions to help internal and external clients make better decisions with data. Within STAAT, you will be part of a growing team that is focused on blending solutions covering digital marketing, technology, optimization and analytics to drive business results and digital transformation. You'll be working in a global team, with colleagues in the United Kingdom, the United States and India.

Your expertise

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
•strong, hands- on experience in Python.
•strong competence in SQL and database design / architectures
•experience in / knowledge of R
•knowledge of Git version control
•experience in working with Agile development methodologies and ceremonies

Nice to have:
• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms especially with Apache Airflow
• understanding of data science / machine learning models
• knowledge of Large Language Models
